Tom's approach was professional and friendly. A good listener and offered options along the way for what I needed. Adjusting the work, based on what I would say to ensure we were safely working through each element as it presented itself to me.

I said that I often found this work to be quite challenging but knew I was in the right place in my life to heal some unresolved trauma. I said that in the past this type of work had been quite hard - 'brutal' was the phrase. I have been through a lot of counselling and alternative healing in the last decade. After last week's session with Tom - going through each chakra I had a tough week, and felt hidden trauma had been revealed / sediment had been unsettled releasing dark emotions and thoughts.

Tom took this feedback onboard. During this week's session Tom guided me through some of the trauma I had been holding in my heart space. He did so in a way that, despite it being emotional, felt safe and calm, and not too deep. He worked in a way which has left me feeling reconnected to my heart space, which I have felt disconnected from for several months. It has reminded me to go into my heart as a trusted place, rather than my head, which can be busy and overwhelming. I felt I had contact with my guardians and received the messages that I needed to receive at present. I was surprised by how safe and calm I felt by the end of the process. It was the right level of healing and confirmation that I am on the right path at a time when I have felt spiritually lost. After the session I felt tired, but ok.

Today I woke up feeling contented and mellow. I do not feel activated or disturbed or depressed - as I often do after such work.
